Vector Conflict by Digyourowngrave Games

Today I am reviewing the 3D shooter game called Vector Conflict: The Siege by Digyourowngrave Games. You start out in a space bunker as a defender/shooter. You use the mouse to move your cross hairs around the area as the enemies come in. There are 4 ways the enemies can come from, you use the A and D key to navigate through the ways they come through and the W key to do a 180 degree turn. You will also have a radar that shows what color the enemies are (which type) and how close they are to you. The game explains what exactly you are and how the enemies are coming from space trying to defend the bunker you reside in. Through the game there are many different types of enemies that come through space trying to destroy you, each having their own unique style. For example one of the first enemies you encounter is the purple enemy, all the purple enemies try to do is run into you but cause little damage. The next enemy you will encounter is a small tank-like enemy, you will acquire a few rockets which easily destroy this tank-like enemy in one hit. A few more enemies you encounter will fly at you and try to crash into you, stronger tank-like enemies, plane like enemies that shoot at you while flying around, and the orange boss, which flies around slowly but has a lot of health. Later in the game you will acquire an electric type shock weapon which stuns all the ground units within range, disabling them for a few moments, another item you will acquire is the nuke, which is extremely powerful in that it destroys all the enemies around you in your range. After each round you acquire resources from surviving time and from destroying the different enemies. With the resources you acquire you can purchase upgrades, a few of these upgrades include upgrading your primary weapon, rocket supply, nuke supply, electric shock supply, resource gaining speed, shield regeneration, and a few more. The game has 3 difficulty settings to it them being easy, medium, and hard. I myself have only tried easy and it is still quite difficult. The game does not have that many rounds to it but it includes another game type called survival in which you try and survive as long as you can. The game also includes a few achievements achieved through different parts of the game. When you beat the game you will be given a high-score in which you can submit to digyourowngrave games website. The game is extremely fun and addicting.
